Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards Changes for England and Wales

In addition, the remaining provisions of the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) came into force on 1 April 2020, which sets a minimum energy efficiency level for all domestic private rented properties in England and Wales that are required to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).  Read more:
