Dorset Property Sherborne have managed our property for several years now and have always been professional and reliable. From the first meeting, to changing tenants, resolving any issues, passing on rents and keeping us informed, we have never had any doubt that we made the right call by choosing Dorset to let our property. Where do we begin. We have been letting properties for over 10 years with a variety of success. We had been badly let down by other management companies and were reluctant to return to third party independent management. Due to circumstances we decided to try again with our property in the Dorset. After a thorough selection process using all the tools at our exposure we tried Dorset Property. What an epiphany knowledge, responsiveness not shy to ask the awkward questions, told us how it is and got to know the property and more importantly got to know the tenant. Recently went to view a lovely little place in Blandford.
I met a lady called Elisha at the propery and she was nothing but welcoming.
I haven't had to view a house in a long time so my information was a bit dated especially with the new renters rights coming into action.
She informed me about new rules in play and we got on the topic of mortgages where i was given a really good company to look at.
The links and application for the property were emailed to me the same day.
Elisha was lovely and easy to speak to, and quite knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.
